Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food is always messy... bun half off... lettuce and tomatoes just tosser on it halfway, falling off. You always have to park and wait forever

Every time i go i have to pull around and wait, doesn’t matter if there’s no cars in line. Sometimes the wait is 15-20 min or longer. I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant where there’s 8-10 cars waiting on food like i did today. Definitely needs some improving

Every time I ask for extra sauce, I don't get it.

This place has gone down hill. Chicken dry as hell (SKIMPING ON SAUCE) and you ALWAYS have to make sure they put zax sauce in with your order even though ITS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH IT. If you're gonna sell chicken finger meals for like 16 bucks each you can't be messing up like this. Stop SKIMPING on sauce. Like the hell y'all doing taking it home for yourselves or something ? I know that zax sauce is better than crack, but damn I'ma have to get a new dealer cause that last meal was expensive for how disappointing it turned out. Being skimpy with the sauce for 16 dollars a meal bye

The burned egg rolls, really spoiled my meal tonight.

Great wait staff. Seems all zaxbys don't plan well for when the zensation salad hits. Overall great experience.
