Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food is good, standard chicken choices. Ordering seams to be a challenge every time we visit. Dining and restrooms could use a good deep cleaning.

Zaxbys illegally chopped down several mature old growth trees so you could see their sign better, very disappointing who would make this type of decision?

This was my first stop when I landed in DFW in February. I went to visit my daughter It’s my favorite restaurant. Drive thru was fast, nice and gal working the drive thru. Hope Zaxby’s finds its way to Kentucky!

I like to come here sometimes, but the quality of the chicken sandwich really varies...sometimes it tastes fresh, other times not so much. Ordered one today and the bread was quite stale (surprising). I scored "3" on the food as sometimes it's better...just wish it was consistent. The prices were also hiked pretty sharply recently.

Hello Everyone , Man oh man I’ve been wanna to try Zaxby’s! First thing I noticed was nobody was at this location, Now I understand why . First thing I do is run to the restroom.Bad choice please fix the door, or maybe just remodel the RR. Customer service was ok ,but please pull the trash. Reminder nobody was at the location. (Pics down below). I order the #1 but when I receive my food I look and told my wife “ Did I order a kids meal) chicken seem over cooked fries cold a hot mess . T 1hr $32.56 three guest

Great chicken and Zaxby sauce is on point

Food was fresh but the drive thru service sucks . The customer service was horrible . “You can order when you’re ready” is how I was greeted with an attitude and I had an online order. I’ve worked fast food before this is why I have a problem with it. Do better :)
