Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I have to brag on Ethan at the counter. He isn't your average fast food employee. He enjoys his job and does it well!

Ethan Berry was a blessing to help us there today. Their customer service was above and beyond while working with what seemed to be the manager. Made our night fantastic while our family was playing Uno as we were eating.

On the app, there was a post to get 5 ?free chicken fingers with the purchase of $5 or more. Then after my order I could not pull it up to go with my order. He said I would have to order again to add it on. Very disappointing not willing to help me out with my online order.

I love the Zaxby's Zensation salad. It's my favorite item and what I had on this visit. I've never had anything at Zaxby's I disliked. The Bleu Cheese salad is also terrific. The staff has always been polite, and the service, speedy. Whenever there was a slight issue with something, they've resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Extra forks or napkins? No problem. Thanks, Zaxby's. Job well done!

If there was lower than one that is what I would give for Schomburg rd , Columbus ga. I have never eaten at Zaxbys. I spoke earlier today to someone on the phone because I had never ordered before. I wanted to try their Asian salad. Because of a few details of my order I asked if I could call back to order. He said yes. I called to order and spoke with someone that said he is the manager and told me they do NOT take phone orders , I explained that I had spoken to someone earlier that said I could. I am 70 years old and don’t do apps. He said that doesn’t matter, no phone orders. Guess they don’t want new business???

Tried the chicken Philly and it was amazing
