Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Every time I come here it’s always a problem with something. Food cold, undercooked, line moving slow as hell, or the system down. I go today on my lunch to get food real quick they tell me the system is down. Get it together.

Do not come here after 10pm unless you like long slow lines. Took 45 mins to get thru 5 cars absolutely ridiculous

Says they’re open until 11. But nope, sat in the drive through, trapped in for 20 minutes at 10:15. Eventually worker came out and said they closed at 10.

I payed 5.29 for this side of cheese bites. There were 9 pieces when I opened the box. For size reference, the longest piece was an inch in length and no more than half of an inch in width. Majority of them were hollow as well.

I ordered a signature meal. There was no line when I ordered it, but it took 26 minutes for me to get it. Also, the sanitation rating is only 94 if you care about that.

the worst drive thru experience and this location and its owners clearly do not care about the issue. I’m quite sure there is a time limit in the drive-thru, but this location exceeds it. *35 minutes to wait for a salad?

I Kept Hearing & Seeing Advertising For The Zensation Salad. I Always Order The Fried Cobb Salad. I Decided To Try Something New. HUGE MISTAKE!! Not Only Did I Sit In Drive Through For An Hour! The Salad Looks Nothing Like The Advertisement!! I Paid More Than The Cobb For A Bunch Of Lettuce And A Burnt Tiny Egg Roll!! At least With The Fried Cobb, I Get Eggs, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Fried Onions, Garlic Bread!! What A Waste Of Gas, Time & Money. Extremely Over Priced.

you’re going to wait at least 30 mins no matter your place in line, also the line is going to be out of the parking lot and they’re still going to to take 30 mins on each order

I have never experienced such terrible service. I ordered food online and received a notification at 7:49 PM saying it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I had to wait in line for 47 minutes just to get my order. By the time I finally received my food, it was cold and inedible. To make matters worse, I had paid extra for a frozen strawberry lemonade, only to be told that the machine was out of order and all they had available was Sprite. They flatly refused to give me a refund for the lemonade and insisted I reach out to online customer service instead. This is totally unacceptable for something that should have been handled on the spot. The food was so cold and unsatisfying that I ended up throwing it away. I then drove to Chick-fil-A, where I was served in less than 4 minutes with no problems at all. This location is a complete disaster. I wasted nearly an hour and money on a meal that wasn’t even edible. If you value your time and want decent service, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Terrible location. Took me nearly 20 minutes to get to the window after ordering my food ( 2 cars ahead of me!) and then another 10 min of waiting at the window. Food was cold, my soda was flat and i ended up getting violently sick a few hours after eating here.

Waited 30 mins and didn’t get served, lady at counter had an attitude and wasn’t serving customers. Left without food

I'm not giving up on Zaxbys. The food is usually awesome. I'm giving up on this location. The service sucks, they are always forgetting something! Now they say they can't add to your order at the window when they mess up. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Absolutely the worst food establishment I’ve ever been in. Multiple people inside all waiting over 30+ mins for their food. Drive thru backed up.. inside of restaurant was disgusting. No soap on the wall in men’s restroom. Drinks were completely flat. My wife and I literally took the 26 dollar hit and walked out because we were waiting so long. If I were the owner of this particular franchise, I’d walk in and fire every last one of those employees. Even if I had to shut my establishment down until I got the correct employees in there. Absolutely terrible
