Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Love this place. The restaurant is well kept and has tons of seating. The management here is top notch as well. Food is always amazing.

Went there for lunch, roughly 8 other people waiting to give their order. One women said that they are not takings orders because they are backed up. We could see one person cooking and one person putting orders together. Three other employees standing around also not taking orders and one lady filling cups for about 5 minutes. After about 10 minutes of waiting watching other people get mad and walked out we did the same. Who ever owns this location needs to spend a few days there and see for them selves, Trainwreck.

Consistently out of products. Sometimes it’s boneless wings. Other days it’s Ranch. And I’ve even seen French fries out of stock. What are we doing wrong here?

One of the BEST fast food places in Blacksburg/Christiansburg area. Better than the one in Roanoke. My boyfriend really loved his Chicken Fingers plater meal. He loves the Zaxby’s Sauce so when I got the order I went back in for more sauce cuz 1 sauce isn’t enough for him. I asked to buy 6 of them and the manager was so gracious to give me them for free. I had the Cobb Salad with 2 egg rolls. Whoever makes these egg rolls are MVP. I am Asian and I’ve only had 1 place in Roanoke who made good egg rolls and the ones Zaxby’s serve are SOOO good. Crispy and the wrap wasn’t too thick. Only thing is I needed was maeploy sauce which I always have at home. I did add my cucumber tomato onion salad I made couple days ago to my Cobb Salad. I LOVED the Coleslaw aa well. Amazing atmosphere. Polite staff. Clean. Loved the bathrooms as well. I went in to wash my hands because I had some gasoline on my hands from adding it to my vehicle and I took a selfie. Thank you sooo much for wonderful food and being sooo fast preparing it

Ik it’s backed up sometimes but I’m never dissatisfied:) We take out every week or so, this is really good food!❤️

the food here is ok. the chicken isn't something to rave over. it is a dry there is no other way to say it. there are other better options for chicken around the area if you search for it. i just think there are better fast food places in the area as well

Chicken was a little dry. Flavors were overall okay. Cashier seemed semi-annoyed we were there. Pop machine flavors were a little off. Not a bad value but definitely not the first place I would go for chicken.

Not a big fan of Zaxby's! Food is below average, plenty of better options in the area
