Vegetable Singara, a dough made from flour, water, and oil is rolled out into thin sheets and cut into triangles. A filling made from a combination of cooked and seasoned vegetables such as potatoes, peas, carrots, onions, and green beans, along with spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala, is prepared. The filling is then placed in the center of each triangle of dough, folded into a triangle shape, and sealed by pressing the edges together.
