Yun, which means "cloud" in Chinese, is a tribute to Yunnan, the province in China where tea originated from. Yunnan, meaning "south of the clouds," perfectly embodies our idea of serving tea under our own set of clouds, our house-made cheese foam. In addition, tea also functions as our center element, and we consider it the place of origin in the creation of our beverages. ​ We treat tea how it's meant to be treated as -- an art form.
