Yumi Japanese Restaurant & Bar - Edina

Mediocre at best sushi. Initially received a dirty tamari dish and had to ask for a replacement. Toro was not cut well and extremely chewy. Found a small green vegetable in my sushi rice which was not cool. Sushi rice was undercooked and crunchy and the yellowtail wasn’t fresh. Price doesn’t match quality level. Service was good but I wouldn’t come back for the issues I’ve mentioned.

Awesome spot. Very fresh sushi. It's not scientific but I can tell how good the sushi is based on their miso and it was awesome so I knew it would be a top notch roll. Highly recommend and will definitely will be back

Service was great because there was nobody in the restaurant. Sushi was terrible. Wife gagged twice and we eat a lot of sushi. Fried rice was way overcooked. So many better options especially at the price.

Truly one of my favorite restaurants, the food and service is always top notch. Mara has helped me every time I have been in and she is the BEST! She always remembers me and it makes the experience that much better. If you can get your hands on the hamachi kama, GET IT! The best place ever!

Best sushi in MN in my opinion

Our new favorite Japanese spot. Great atmosphere, great staff and yumi food. May I add reasonable prices? Yes they are.

I got takeout. Sashimi was some of the best I've had in the Twin Cities. Rolls looked good too, unfortunately the Caterpillar was garnished with sesame seeds - not noted on the menu - and it's an allergen. Rolls were packaged together so I couldn't eat the other one either. Yumi needs to list this stuff! Thanks.
