A sweet citrus acidity that blends into a nice caramel-chocolate undertone. A slight floral earthiness brings the flavors together into a nice balance.\n\nEthiopian Yirgacheffe- This coffee is very spicy and fragrant, with subtle notes of citrus and tangerine. Yirgacheffe coffee provides an exceptionally vibrant aftertaste that will often exhibit notes of wine or berry. Yirgacheffe is also said to be the place where coffee first originated. This coffee is from Eastern Ethiopia’s Sidamo region.
