We love it so much, we wanted to make it the focus in a brew it was already in. If you're a fan of our fruit punch inspired sours, you'll know that passion fruit, orange and guava provide the back drop for all of the different variations to play upon. Saison cold steeped w/ Lemon Zest, Green & Black Cardamom 5% In the late 90s, Noel & Liam Gallagher were being interviewed by MTV & the station had to use subtitles so that the viewers could understand them. The brothers Gallagher got upset and made a fuss about it in another interview but MTV had to use subtitles yet again because they were still all mumbly. Honestly we just like to tell that story because it’s funny. This gorgeously effervescent saison is cold steeped in lemon zest in order to keep out those bitter notes while still capturing all that charismatic citrus. We love a little herbal spice so we added some green and black cardamom for those floral notes to compliment that cozy wool blanket you're enjoying this saison under.

Yes, but sometimes you need a little sunshine in your life to brighten up the days and remind you of what life is like once the sun mercifully turns our way again.

West Coast Triple IPA w/ Strata, Centennial & Idaho 7 10% Sticky green gunk, slippery clamp, busted ass canning line. Turns out Kyle Thomas or K2 as we lovingly called him was called a lot of weird stuff in high school or so he said. K2 passed away recently after a hard fought battle with melanoma. 5'7" on a good day, he was tenacious, honest, jovial and loyal. Quick with a joke, followed by an infectious belly laugh that made the toughest day on the brew floor a little more enjoyable. A description on a can would never do this legend justice so we'll just throw up the horns and raise a toast to you, while we listen to metal at the loudest possible volume.
