Yoso Sushi’s unique cuisine is inspired by the flavors of Japan, while incorporating influences from Chef Deniz’s and Chef Khris’s travels across the globe. Guests can look forward to unique dishes such as the signature Spicy Tuna Tartar, made with homemade yuzu kosho (spicy yuzu sauce); fresh Beef Dumplings, made in-house daily and served with truffle ponzu sauce; and a selection of unique sushi rolls and sushi “burritos.”
