Neverland IPA, 6.6% ABV
West Coast style IPA. Overall light and relatively dry malt profile but still with some complexity. Bready character with very light toasty and caramel notes. Clean fermentation profile with some light citrus esters. Strong orange and lemon-lime citrus hops along with tropical notes and strong dank vineous white grape that is characteristic of New Zealand hops. Complex Hop character
Parker’s Milk Stout 4.5% ABV
A chocolately and lightly sweet and creamy stout with roasty esspresso character and a touch of floral and spicy hops. Mild fruity esters.
Cerveza Lomita , Mexican Style Lager 4.2% ABV
light grainy malt character with noticeable corn flavor and light biscuity and toasty character. Clean fermentation profile with just a slight amount of fruity esters. Light floral hop character. Almost light a lighter vienna lager with corn character.
Marine Layer Hazy IPA, 6.6% ABV
Light bready and grainy body. Soft mouthfeel and smooth bitterness. Rotating Hop Character, but ofter strong citrus, stone fruit, tropical, and/or vineous.
Limelight Key Lime Pie Sour 4.0% ABV
Moderately strong tartness with strong lime esters and a meringue like impression from the lactose. Boasts a light biscuity and honey malt character with light cinnamon background spice character. Medium-dry finish with the lime cleansing and drying out the palate. Overall has the impression of Key Lime Pie Dessert complete with Graham cracker crust!
