Friendly staff, but the quality of yogurt is underwhelming. Some were melted, and some tasted weird. The only good flavors are probably original and cheese cake.
If I could leave no stars I would. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had in a Yogurtland:(
The floor was sticky, machines and condiments were empty. When asked to have more the worker refused and I quote" I'm waiting for my manager to refill them"
The inside of this place is so nice and it makes you want to get every single flavour and enjoy yogurtland to the fullest. I was kind of quick to make mine and mixed popping mango and strawberry with cookie dough and like 3 different yogurt bases that don't go together. I realised at checkout that it was probably not going to taste good. So that was an error on my part. Other than that, my partner said that his was delicious so that's a win. I'll put 4 stars because the toppings and yogurts by themselves are really yummy (I had to pick at mine haha).
if there’s a guy in line standing behind you and rubbing against your body they will yell at you to get out and say your causing a scene. embarrassing
Highly overpriced. The product is just sugar slush. Can't taste any yoghurt in it.
All flavors taste the same. Like too much sugar and nothing else. More sugar in toppings.
Pay by weight, which is a big ripoff.
Downtown San Jose neighborhood.
Frozen yogurt is good. Lots of toppings.
Super sweet and helpful front desk staff
Having been visiting this place for the last seven years. Always excited to try new flavors when I visit. New favorite is Red Velvet cupcake and the all time fav Dutch chocolate.
They close at 11 pm or whenever they want! They don’t actually close at 12am. Depends on the employee because they close at the time they want
The Strawberry flavor here is really great and is by far the best. The worker there was really kind and helpful. I believe her name was Kim.

They provide good yogurt, you provide questionable flavor combinations! Or, you could stick with something boring that just tastes good, but where's the fun in that?
