Yoga Lab

Our family loves Yoga Lab! It’s great for our mental health (me AND my teenagers) to work on self regulation. And it’s fun to sweat together ☺️

Everyone at Yoga Lab is always so welcoming and the community there is wonderful. I was nervous going in for my first ever yoga but have never felt out of place or like I didn’t have the support I need. Plus, the best coffee in town!!

I love the super fruit açai bowl! It has a variety of fruits and seeds/nuts. The staff is very friendly! Great atmosphere too. 10/10 highly recommend!

Taken a couple of classes now and really like both the sessions as well as the location. Great chai tea lattes!

For years I thought yoga wasn’t for me. When I tried Yoga Lab, my life changed. I feel better in my body and my mind and have joined a community of wonderful humans. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming and focused on helping people regulate so we can be better in the world. Hot power flow is a satisfying workout for body, mind, and spirit. Don’t wait any longer - show up on your mat and the rest will fall into place

Yoga Lab provides a place to care for myself and take a break from the kids and dog constantly following me around the house. Each teacher has a different style and I love the balance of consistency and variety available. Everyone is so welcoming, and the food and coffee are delicious.
