味道还不错，点餐小男孩还不错，其他服务的真是不咋地。点了不少连碗都没有，问了一句有个女的挺硬的回答洗去了。。。没有提供应该有的餐具一点歉意都没有。直到吃完了还没有也是醉了。。。尔湾餐饮那么卷，真心不怕，也是挺牛。

First time trying MalaTang and it was good so far.

Great place with amazing prices (depending on what you get). It's a gym bros wet dream, as you can load the protein and pay by the pound. I can get full off of $10 which is usually unheard of. Broths are very flavorful but even the mild is quite spicy. Drinks are pretty good, they pair well with the spicy hotpot. The strawberry ice is my favorite. Sauce bar has all your standard options, but I wish they had Szechuan oil (I'm being picky at this point). Great place I would recommend to any broke college student looking to have a quick tasty meal. It's nested inside a food court like building; very informal which I can appreciate.

It’s unbelievable that they’ve been in business for a year with this kind of service attitude. Today, my child wanted spicy hot pot and ordered a dish for over $19. After paying, we noticed there was a lottery, so she asked about it and was told that you need to spend at least $25 to participate. I didn’t think much of it at first, but my child was curious, so I ordered an additional skewer for $7. When I took the receipt back to the lottery counter, I was told the $25 had to be spent in one transaction. They even asked me, "Didn’t the cashier tell you?" I glanced back at the display screen, which only said you could participate if you spent over $25—it didn’t mention anything about it needing to be in a single purchase! And when I originally paid for the hot pot, the cashier didn’t mention it either. When I placed the second order, I even told the cashier that I was adding the skewer so my child could enter the lottery. The man running the lottery asked someone who seemed like a manager, and eventually, they let my child draw. But then, he stood at the counter and questioned the front desk, asking why they didn’t inform the customer properly. Of course, the front desk worker denied that she didn’t say anything and claimed she wasn’t the cashier for the first order. I stepped in to explain that I had made two payments, but the man just replied, “Didn’t I let you do the lottery?” His expression made it clear he was thinking, “You’ve already gotten your chance, now stop complaining.” Honestly, if they can’t afford to run the event, they shouldn’t be doing it! 不可思议，就这个服务态度，竟然都开了一年了。今天孩子要吃麻辣烫，点了19+，付完钱后坐下孩子发现有抽奖活动，一问要25才能参加，我想着就算了，但是架不住用孩子的好奇心，又去加点了7块多的东西。再拿着小票去抽奖，却被告知，要同一张小票才行。还被质问：收银员没告诉你吗？我回头看一下显示屏上写着：消费满25可以参与抽奖。并没有写一次性！而且我第一次付麻辣烫的钱的时候收银员没说。第二次加点的时候：我还跟收银员说了，因为孩子想抽奖，所以加一个烤串。然后负责抽奖那男，就问了旁边类似是领导的人，才让我孩子抽了。精彩的来了，这男的就站在柜台那里质问前台，你为什么不跟顾客说blabla，当然前台肯定也不会承认她没说。就在那说第一次不是她收银的。我就过去说了几句，讲了我的两次付款情况，那男的说：不是让你抽了吗？满脸写着：给了抽了你就该闭嘴。说实话：活动你做不起就别做！

This is my second time visiting the store, the experience is quite different. First time, it’s clean, tidy and service is good. Second time, you need to pay upfront and select tips first. You need to take your food from the counter yourself and put the tray to a designated area. I ordered rice, but they forgot to give me until I came to the front and request it. The sauce area is not constantly cleaned, you can see drippings of sauces on the counter. It is not worth driving there any more.

The service was really bad, my friend ordered the same time as me, but I have finished eating while her food has not been ready.

The place was technically a food court. Employee was not really friendly and gave me attitude even with a tip. Food was hella disappointing comparing from other location. The flavor I picked was Curry and it does not taste like its name at all. All I tasted was oil 🛢. Won't be coming back. It was embarrassing to go with my bud here!
