Belgian-Style Dubbel | 7.3% ABVThis deep copper ale has a rich fruity nose of banana and pear with a subtle caramel malt sweetness. Taste reveals full-bodied malt flavors of caramel and dark fruit complemented by delicate spicy phenols and a hint of earthy noble hop character.

Imperial Stout | 9.3% ABVThis luscious Imperial Stout starts with the aroma of dark chocolate and malt and finishes with a roasty bitterness that lingers on the tongue.

Belgian-Style Saison with Hibiscus | 6.7%This Belgian-style saison is golden with a subtle pink hue from the hibiscus. Its nose is floral, peppery, and fruity. The floral flavor of the hibiscus bursts on your palate, supported by a biscuity malt character, followed by a peppery dry finish and a hint of hop bitterness.

American Brown Ale | 5.0% ABVA rich malty nose with a hint of chocolate and fruity esters leads into an equally full malt flavor, with just bit of caramel and roastiness. A medium body and balanced finish that is neither dry nor sweet make this an easy-drinking ale.

Oatmeal Pale Ale | 4.4%Winner of the 2018 Yergey Family Christmas Homebrew Challenge is a refreshing, hazy pale ale that has a bright citrus aroma and flavor from the Citra and Mosaic hops, and a smooth mouthfeel from the added oats.

Amber Rye Ale | 5.3%A light copper ale with aroma of American hops and subtle rye spice, with a hint of caramel. The flavor is a lovely melange of hop citrus and pine, with rye spice notes balanced by caramel malt sweetness. The rye provides a deceptively dry finish and subtle lingering spice.

Belgian-Style Blonde Ale | 6.9% ABVThis golden blond ale has a big rich head, earthy, grainy-sweet, and subtle fruity aromas from the Belgian yeast.
