I had an extremely disappointing experience at Yeganeh Bakery recently. I ordered a beef Pirashki, expecting something flavorful and well-prepared, but it was anything but that. The filling was tasteless, and the quality of the meat was noticeably low, to the point that I questioned what kind of meat was even used. It was truly unappetizing.
To make things worse, the seating area was dirty and poorly maintained, adding to an overall uninviting atmosphere. It’s clear that cleanliness and quality are not priorities here, which is a real shame.
I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting Yeganeh Bakery based on my experience. There are plenty of other bakeries that deliver better quality food and a more pleasant environment. I won’t be going back, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying bakery experience.
Convenient for yummy meals. Counter ordering and self seating outside, perfect on a good weather day.
We loved the Potato Piroshki and the chocolate muffin. Mint tea was good too. We went on a Sunday evening with some outdoor seating available. It's congested as it's not a restaurant (more of a snack/ grocery shop which serves food). Pistachio Baklava wasn't the best. Had better ones in the Bay. Overall, it's a nice experience and will go back once in a long while :)
Rude waiter/owner. Ordered coffee and pastries on display but it took over 40 mins of wait time.
No one was working on our coffee order despite 4 workers lurking. And no crowd either. When I checked in on my order they were extremely rude. Highly recommend NOT going here. Thanks.
Absolutely delicious! My mom wasn't hungry, but she tried my omelet, and her appetite came back! I also got a danish and a vanilla latte. Loved them both.
Awesome food! I’ve gone back for their sandwiches twice now… this is the best Persian sandwich shop in the entire Bay Area 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Very nice people and good service but recently getting expensive
Try the eggplant, it is amazing! It comes with delicious flatbread. Juices are super fresh. Indoor & outdoor seating. Hidden gem!
I only tried zaban sandwich, persian pizza, and ash here and overal i rate them 3 for the food. Zaban tasted ok but had very small pieces of of meat in the sandwich. Ash was not as good as what you can get in other places in the area, and i do not recommend the pizza. As a persian store they probably have many of the items you need. Makes it convenient if you live nearby.
