Yarborough's Homemade Ice Cream & Grill

The Yarborough Family welcomes you to our historical restaurant and ice cream shop. Our Grand Father Phil C Yarborough started the business Fairview Dairy in 1926. Then in 1935 he added an ice cream parlor and grill in the same building. The name The Fairview Dairy Bar. In 1956 his son Carol M Yarborough who had worked there since childhood took over the dairy and bar. In 1973 the dairy was sold and he expanded the whole building in to a restaurant. The name was changed to Yarborough Homemade Ice Cream and Grill. He retired at the age of 86 and now his sons Michael and Tim run it.
