Yang Ming Buffet

This was quite a disappointing experience. We traveled from Red Deer for an appointment at the cancer clinic and read reviews that this was the best Chinese buffet in Edmonton. When we arrived we were a little surprised at the cost but were willing to pay it for good food. Firstly, it was cold, at 12:30 in the afternoon. You would have thought it would be fresher. They used so much msg that I had heart palpitations afterwards. The waitress was not very polite and didn't offer to refill our water. I had to flag her down. We really did not enjoy the food either. All in all, poor quality and overpriced in my opinion.

The selection was unreal, my only actual complaint is i couldnt try more since i definitely overate

Visited this place for the second time. Good selection of foods, and different varieties of dimsums and sushi. Even kid's can enjoy the foods. Pricing is good compared to other buffet. We didn't like our server, as she is quite rude, probably tired as we came dinner time. We have to ask for extra napkins twice, as kids can be messy eater. She said there's already too much napkins when she only gave us 2 extras. My son ordered a milkshake which never delivered and when followed up she said, she didn't hear we ordered. She never refill our glasses of water, another server have to get us a pitcher. Upon payment, when she handed the machine she told us that she's nice and worked really hard, to give her an extra tip. Never expected that. The food still great though.

Food was awesome staff was super friendly. Will definitely go back, they also have a monster selection

The waitress was very rude .and at the end of the meal was expecting a big tip . I liked that place but now I have to think twice to go there

BEST BUFFET EVER!! Wish they had a Pan of only cooked shrimp though lol. I love shrimp. Staff are kind and attentive, had an unprofessional experience however from one of the staff appearing to try and poach tables from other staff but in general great place
