Yamrout Gebremedhin (Owner) I came from hospitality background mostly in the hotel and restaurant business. Everything I learn from my upbringing throughout the years I’ve become more interested in food and began experimenting different ethnic food. At one point of my life I was exposed to Middle Eastern food specifically Persian food. Many times when I have friends and family over to my house for any occasions what I hear from everyone is that I should open up my own restaurant business then for the past five years I have been catering for different events for friends and family.
