A hybridized sushi roll consisting of cucumber, carrots, avocado, and romaine lettuce. For this item, we use an edible wrapping paper made from rice vermicelli/noodles, which is of Vietnamese origin. Sushi prepared using only vegetable ingredients. Using a bamboo mat, we place the ingredients onto a bed of vinegar-marinated rice over a nori (Japanese seaweed) sheet then roll them all into a cylindrical shape. Served with shredded ginger and wasabi (Japanese horseradish).
