Yakitori Hachibei is an authentic Japanese Yakitori restaurant established 34 years ago by founder Katsunori Yashima in Fukuoka, Japan. Using traditional Hakata Yakitori cooking techniques passed down through generations, our skilled chefs grill Hawaii's natural ingredients to perfection. We are committed to sourcing the very finest ingredients from Hawaii's many talented farmers, fisherman, and purveyors. A wide range of beer, wine, nihonshu (sake), shochu, chuhai and highballs are available to complement our Yakitori.
