XPIZZA is a pizza parlor and a multidisciplinary platform. We make a Roman Style personal 10” square pie- fresh every day, using a pre-fermentation dough (biga) and a really high hydration (close to 90%). The result is a slightly thick pizza, crackling thin on the outside, extremely light inside. It’s yummy and healthy because the type1 flour that we use for the dough is very rich in fibers and proteins , which makes the pie much easier to digest. At XPIZZA we host music&cultural events every week with international and local artists.
