Xi'an Noodles - Bellevue

I ordered on UberEats and accidentally toke other's order (The order contains much more than I originally ordered). I arrived home and realized it so I called the restaurant, they told me feel free to keep them ^_^

Was recently taken here by a friend and I am hooked! Food was delicious, staff was super friendly. It is very clean and well run. Cannot wait to go back!

Only reviewing because there are so many 1 star reviews and that’s just wrong, This place is fantastic I think there are a lot of Chinese people in these reviews saying it’s not as good as what’s available in China PSA: You are in Bellevue This was better than the spot in U District imo, delicious follow-up to a soak/sauna at Yuan Spa. Good prices for Bellevue/Seattle - $10 - $15 for massive portions of noodles and lamb + complimentary sweet tea - as good as it gets for the quality ! Got dumplings, cucumber salad, tingly lamb noodles, lamb skewers, all great Great flavors - they did go a little light on the spice even though we ordered extra spicy (I suspect because we are white - fair enough) Would 100% go back.

Very sparkling clean, fast and absolutely delicious.

I visit at 2-3. I prefer skewers and noodle soup and noodle. It is taste same but food was cold. Skewers is terrible. It was salty and covered in seasoning. I can't expect , burning taste.
