World of Beer

This was probably the very worse experience period, ever period. It took well over 15-20 minutes for anyone on staff to acknowledge us. Then when we finally ordered our drinks the Green Tea Special shots was basically Drink Mix without any hint of Jamison. The Shots came out before the pitcher of Beer did in which the glasses where so warm they the beer was basically hot shortly after the pour. So after watching several customers received appetizers, drinks and refills, we had not gotten a basic order or Hot Chips. This is the level of service I expect from a bar that is tremendously busy to capacity. So the young man that was attending to us came over and suggested that they had our Hot Chips but they were. Single serving and not a side item chips. That was about 35 minutes into our visit. So after 45-50 minutes on site, we finally got the hot chips and of course they were a basic single serving of hot ships that my grandkids could have eaten. So overall I can’t speak on the food because we have our hot chips to the couple next to us since they had gotten drinks and such before us although we arrived and set before them. I paid the guy and you want believe it they didn’t even offer to accommodate us not offered any type of guys let me allow you to speak with management. Very unprofessional and it is very unlikely that I will return. Those prices for wings on top of the lack luster service as simply under sub-par. I told them staff that I would be writing a review. And I hate doing this to any business especially one here in GSO. We hardly have great places to go to in the area and with the fact that this was my 2nd time ever going here I will not be back. I can’t post the receipt because it was only a $28 bill. But I had to go to one of our favorite spots that never give us this level of service. Oh one last item. They were not even busy and the staff was not supportive of one another. You would have thought that each member would have been backing up one another but that wasn’t the case here. I hope this helps you with your bar choices in the future. Final thought, I saw people posting on social media that they had live band and a DJ so I thought they would be an alternative to Coopers, Tate Street, Gate City Tavern, Box Seat, and etc. but I should have went to Zaxbys and called it a night.

First time that my experience was terrible I won’t back again

Went out with family to celebrate our 2 birthdays. Waitress was extremely slow and seems as if she had a attitude the entire night. Over charged for drinks. Spent a total of over $400. And this place adds their own gratuity which we were not aware This place was a waste of a birthday night. Pool table only had 1 stick. Drinks were weak. Can't say my party of 7 will ever return.

It took 25 mins for us to REMIND our server that we ordered drinks already. Took another 20 mins for him to let us know that they are out of half of the things both in food and drinks we ordered. Way to ruin our Saturday afternoon. Thanks!!

In short they’re out of everything. Out of most of the beers (and it’s a brewery), out of food items as well. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Wasted soooo much of my time just waiting here for drinks & food just to hear they’re out of it.
