9% ABV - Bog Sucker is from the dark side of life. This Imperial Stout is dripping with the flavors of dark chocolate, toffee, espresso coffee and the earthy bitterness and resinous notes from late boil hop additions.

4.0% ABV - New beer on tap 4.14.23 Half Cocked Light Lager 4.0% ABV 10 IBU 2.3 SRM The lighter version of our Niagara Lager. The crisp, clean flavor is the perfect lower alcohol and calorie option for summer fun and enjoyment. Approximately 155 Cal. per pint.

4.3% ABV - Crisp, clean and malty with a light taste of roasted grain, minimal hop bitterness and a dry finish. Extremely sessionable and pairs well with traditional Irish cuisine.

Stiff Mitten – Spiced Winter Ale ABV 7.2% - 16 IBU - 14 SRM Stiff Mitten will warm even the coldest Grinch hearts. With fresh ground nutmeg and allspice to compliment the healthy dose of ginger and cinnamon, these holiday spices dance along your pallet along with flavors of caramel and chocolate to compliment warmth of 7.2% ABV.

7.0% ABV - The Countess is a delicately refined hazy IPA brewed with clean and balanced citrus/pear flavors, mild bitterness, and green tea notes on its finish. This isn’t a crazy hazy hop bomb in skinny jeans, The Countess is class in a glass with plenty of exquisite taste.

Winter Marzen - 5.5% ABV

6.5% ABV - Primarily hopped with Simcoe and Chinook. Bursting with notes of citrus and pine, has a robust mouth feel and a solid West-Coast style bitterness. At 6.5% this beer is an all-seasons, all-day drinker designed for those who crave that intensely delicious hop bite.

Pink Boots Buf Roots- Session IPA 4.5% 40.5 IBU 3.1 SRM Brewed with the help of the ladies from the Pink Boots Society Buffalo chapter and the Yakima Chief hop blend of Loral, Ekuanot and HBC 586. This beer has notes of citrus of clementines, tangerines with juicy tropical notes. This beer is easily crushable. Red Head Amber Ale is the first beer we brewed when our brewery opened and has a special place in our hearts. She's easy on the palate, delivers lovely mild maltiness and a lightly hopped, crisp finish. Red Head loves everybody, and once you get a taste, you'll love her too.

Like a Sky Dancer Woodcock bird flying over a shoreline at dusk, this unique session hazy IPA sings with the bright citrusy flavor of lemon peel, grapefruit and orange zest. Bright citrus with soft tropical fruit. It’s mild bitterness and easy drinkability make this the perfect beer to enjoy while under a beautiful summer sunset. Brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops.

This “fuzzy navel” colored American IPA is brewed with Mosaic, Citra and Azaaca hops atop a blend of carefully selected sweet and soft malts. It’s double dry hopped to push beautiful notes of clementines, sumo oranges, yellow grapefruit and tangelo. An instant favorite of our brewing team. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Timber Rocket - 7% ABV - 22 IBU - 3.7 SRM - Hazy IPA - A soft and hazy New England IPA that evokes the senses with tropical, dank, fruity, hoppy goodness. We used the classic combination of Citra and Mosaic hops while applying a unique procedure to enhance hop flavors and aromas.
