SDCM is proud to unveil Wilma’s Carousel Bar. Named after Owner Matt Spencer’s Grandmother, Wilma’s is a whimsical menagerie in design and a treat for the palette. The menu, developed by Executive Corporate Chef, Brian Redzikowski features french inspired cuisine with a creole twist. Beverage Director, Eric Johnson has created a cocktail list with both reimagined classics and playful libations. At Wilma’s Carousel Bar, we hope to call to mind a bygone time, full of surprises, delight and a plain ol’ good time.
