Wise Bird Cider is a family-run business committed to crafting small-batch, traditional style ciders made with a focus on apples and other fermentable fruits. We specialize in dry, single-varietal ciders but also make contemporary, fruited ciders and have a killer cocktail program along with local beers and a full bar. Our restaurant, Little Fork, features mainstays like a smash burger & fries, shareables like a cheese and charcuterie board, to more creative alternatives like a Chistorra Sausage Skewer and Twice-fried Tofu. We place an emphasis on gluten free, vegan and options for kids.
