Established in 2001 by Austin Natives Stewart Scruggs and Mark Paul, Wink is Austin's original farm to table restaurant. Chef Driven Menus change daily, featuring the best seasonal products from Austin's local farms and ranches , as well as carefully cultivated items from around the world. The Dining Room features 5 and 7 Course Tasting Menus as well as an A La Carte menu that evolves daily. The Wine Bar pours over 50 wines by the glass from around the globe, with a casual West Austin neighborhood atmosphere. Happy Hour in the Wine Bar is 5-7 PM daily with a half-priced bar food menu, featuring sharable plates, grass-fed burgers, and the famous Truffle Mac-N-Cheese.
