Wingstop

The Wingstop branding should be worried about having this location associated with its brand. The employees were all really nice and hardworking. They were all doing their job, however, every single time I order from this location, I always tell myself I’m never coming back. I end up thinking something has changed but I’m a fool I guess. We placed a mobile order (30 wings, 1 sandwich and 2 fries) at 6:25 and I got my order at 7:24, exactly 59 minutes. That’s ridiculous wait times. It got to the point where multiple people in the lobby were complaining and asking for refunds and the manager gave out at least 7+. So many potential customers also walked out. It’s obvious that this establishment is understaffed and if this is the way customers are going to be treated, then it shouldn’t be open in the first place.

Se que el trabajo de cocina es muy fuerte y este nuevo sitio tiene un personaje que la verdad no se apura en atender muy lento y las ordenes de on line la tardan mucho para despacho. Se tarda más de 15 minutos en esperar la orden cuando está fue pedida más de 20 minutos antes de ir la a recoger. Por es9 pongo esta puntuacion.

I Showed up a little before the Estimated time, the lady said they were just waiting for fries for my order. I ended up waiting 25 mins and watching them complete walk up orders that showed up after me. To top it off all the mango habanero and a handful of the other wings were under cooked. Overall pretty bad experience probably won’t be going to this location anymore.

Masón is the best!!! We’ll come back just because of his service! Tasty food for sure.

For a brand new location the service is slow, workers would rather talk than take an order or give a person his take out, literally waited for over 1 hr for an order that was marked as ready. If you want to waste time go to the freeway and drive to LA

Brand new location, Better than the one on mountain ave by far, though they are kinda slow (usually 10+ min past their time estimates), but should grow into their position as long as they get a few more good team members. Only complaint i have had is i ordered a 30 piece one time and got only about 4 flats in total… normally i get all flats and this is why lol

Three times already I have to wait 20 minutes+ after the order was ready for pickup.

I've never had a worse experience at a wingstop. The lady that helped me was rude and seemed annoyed to help me. My food was 25 min late, despite ordering online. When I got home, I noticed the chicken wasn't cooked all the way through and the fries were soggy and bearly warm. A total disappointment. Later that evening I felt sick, probably from the chicken. Dont need to tell you, but Im never going back.
