The service sucks workers need to be retrained.

I placed an order through the site. I waited for over an hour just for them to cancel my order without explanation. I tried reaching out to the store, but every time I called the line was busy. I was still charged for an order I never received.

When I went to pickup my food I got told that it was handed out to someone else by mistake. Then I waited 30 minutes for my order, I was confident everything g was in the bag until I got home and I was missing half of my wing order(20). I called the restaurant 20+ times and no one answer, I came back to the restaurant with the order and requested a refund but I got told that it was going to be 5-6 business days to get the refund back. ( like I was going to feed my kids that night not 6 days later), very frustrating situation, this is the second time I have something missing in my order.

Idk what’s going on here. My order was supposed to be ready half an hour ago, the guy next to me has been waiting an hour for his completed order, there’s like 7+ fellow doordashers waiting to receive their orders. Idk what quota they’re trying to meet, but it’s not being met. On top of that, I just watched them hand an order to the wrong dasher, so now there’s a situation and the manager more/less said “not my problem” and walked away.

This store is so bad. Everytime I order, it takes almost an hour. The food sucks. The tenders are all breading an not much meat at all. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had hands down.

I called in my order about 6:33pm. Got there paid for it at 7:06pm. The light skin girl with curly hair RUDE. She was taking orders (Good job) but after was to busy listening to music that I had to ask a young mexican boy (Nice) for my order and got my food at 7:23 AND IT WAS SITTING UP THERE THE WHOLE TIME. GIRL DO MF BETTER
