Food is always fresh here, and I always receive the best customer service!

This store is amazing. It isn’t only the food but the staff.

Horrible customer service soon I walked thru the door. I just walked out and went to Dudley’s Sport Bar and Grill to get my Wings.

Well, I like WS wings, but lately, the wings are getting smaller. In fact, one if my wings was the size of the wing tip. The flavors are always good, but I need meat on my wings...always!!

the food was good. based on other reviews i’m not sure if i got lucky or what but fries were crunchy (ask for fries well done) and chicken was crispy and extremely yummy. ranch was also really good (as expected) but the cashier looked annoyed to be there and had a slight tone in her voice but overall it’s fine

I ordered the 3 pc Chicken Tender Meal w/Fries and subbed Veg Sticks for the drink. It unfortunately is not a regular option, but the associate received that I did not want a drink and worked it out for me (and the only reason that I tried this place for the 1st time). The Tenders were deliciously tossed with Garlic Parmesan. The supposed Seasoned Fries, however, were burnt and tasteless. I also enjoyed the Veg Sticks (which were just cut celery and carrots) with the Blue Cheese Dip that the meal comes with. It had actual pieces of Blue Cheese in it and was not the usual flavored dip! "Wingstop" seems to take much pride in their sauces and dips. The main issue for me was not having many choices of sides (only 2) and a drink being a required item on the meal. I may return but it would only be to try the other sauces (12 kinds!) and the different wing types (bone-in and boneless)! Also, I will only do Take-out because of the type music that was being played by the staff on my visit (rap with profanity) and because there was a weird odor in the dining area.

I placed an online order with an estimated preparation time of 16-21 minutes. Surprisingly, I arrived in less than 15 minutes, and my food was already prepared when I walked in. The customer service was excellent, but my only minor gripe is that the fries were old and warm rather than fresh and piping hot.

Friendly staff and the food was ready when I arrived.
