Wingstop

Was told I had a 45-minute wait... waited an hour for them to tell me they could find my order.. they printed out a new receipt and then waited another 25 minutes to get home to find out I didn't have my whole order... paid 60 dollars for 3 Combos and only got 2... called the store, and the same girl who took my order(Tiffany) put me on hold and never came back to the phone.... for this to be my first time trying wingstop... I'm pissed... will never eat here again.....

Acabo de ir con mi hijo, por qué pedí la comida por Uber, pedí la orden de especial de las 20 piezas y papas pedí 2 solo me llegó 20 tendría que ser 40, fui al restaurante para que me ayudaran pero no lo hicieron me enojé tanto que de plano pagué mi comida para completa que tenía que contactar Uber eso es tonto.

Took more than an hour and when my food was given to me it was cold worst customer service

It always takes soooo long!!! ..the employees seem to do their best..it's just a popular place..so .more employees

The manager there is a bitter white lady, horrible customer service, had a attitude for no reason.

they weird cuz y i can’t place a order at 11::20pm and you close at 12:00. chicken takes 19 mins

La comida es rica, son amables, pero estaba sucio, comimos en el lugar y no había bote de basura , de verdad tuve que traerme la basura a mi casa y tirarla en mi casa...jajajaja nunca me había pasado.

I ask for 15 pcs combo and they only give me 11pcs so counts your chicken ppl, I’ve had one hour trying to call to place my order I had to drive 10 minutes and do my order in store and still had to wait another hour and a half to get my food and I came in and I call again to see if they answer the phone in which they didn’t and that’s why I am making this review They always give you the fries in this store Cold and without seasoning on your fries I pay for extra ranch and they don’t put it in my bag so Every time you guys come check through guises order before leaving On this Picture shows how they gave me old fry’s and just reheat them
