Wingstop

When I arrived To get my online order , there was 4 workers in the back and not one of them said hi , had their back turned the entire time . Also had my order online ready and saw it . Waited 5 min to receive it . Mind you the entire time they were in the cooking area listening to the manager chit chat away . I believe . She had her hair in a pony tail , swinging her hair all over food . I just Want my refund at this point. I always Go here and never had this experience. Will be taking the drive to vista now .

30 minute wait, turned into a 45 minute wait just to get the whole order wrong , this led to 1 1/2 ,no price cut or extra food nothin, the workers don’t care at all.

Wow, the worst Wing Stop I have ever ordered from !! First of all ordered on line, waited and was alerted food was ready and when arrived they didn't have my ordered. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes...will never come here again. Workers had bad attitudes and the music was terrible. Not clean at all!! Wow amazed that a well known restaurant has that bad of service.

Ordered some wings got some grease and a side of wings instead 2 out 10

My experience at this location was terrible. I ordered online expecting my food to be good since I gave them extra time to get the food ready. When I got my order I had only received 1/2 my order. I drove back to the location to get the rest of my order and the employee was rude about it, rolling her eyes when I was asked her. When she gave me my order she still didn’t complete it, I was still missing the extra ranch that I had payed for. Then when I came home, expecting my wing order to be correct, but it was wrong. I didn’t receive my correct order and the customer service was just bad. My wings were also super oily, the bag, the box of wings were drenched in oil.

Poor customer service! They don't answer the phone! After 25 mins being on hold and having to drive back, they had an attitude about getting the order incorrect. They didn't offer to correct the issue! They expected me to pay for a new order! Never again will I place an order at this location.
