Nothing good to say did an online order picked it up drove home to find half my order gone called them they said I could come get the rest of my order. When I got there (after my 20 minute drive) the rest of my order wasn’t ready told me it would be 10 more minutes. After the 10 minute I got my food and it was frozen solid ! Must have used the easy bake oven ain’t never had this happen 1 out of 10 wouldn’t even feed this to my worse enemy because it would be to inhumane will never go to another wing stop thank you for nothing Joplin ✌️

Ordered food around 530 to be picked up at 630 arrived at 6:20 and noticed the place was busy and had several people waiting on food. I made my way up to the counter and they had my food done early… heck yes, or so I thought… I get to the truck and I go to make sure I got everything. Food was literally ice cold, my assumption is that it was made at 530 when I placed the order. Was able to get a refund but sheesh it was bad in there. So many upset customers. The dining area/waiting area is way too small as well.

Tried it twice, they don't package to go fries to retain any heat so they are cold and gross by the end of the block. Wings aren't bad, but the order ahead process is unclear and slow. Hoping for a better option than BWW, but this ain't it.

Literally get the order wrong everytime. Been here 3 times and my order has been wrong or missing items EVERY time

More French fries than food

Who trains these people? Nobody greets you, nobody smiles ever, they move like turtles, you can plan on a long wait time too for less than mediocre food.

Horrible wait time and they definitely prioritize DoorDash and Grubhub orders over walk-ins- it took around 50 minutes to get 3 combo meals. Not only that, every sandwich we ordered did not have pickles even though they are suppose to come with them and they were out of every single carbonated beverage so options were limited to about 3 things. The place was also freezing cold and the tables were dirty. 10/10 will not be eating from here again.

Great food. Parking sucks. Best ordered online and delivered.
