Horrible customer service today

You need to go back to answering the phone. Your automated robot that answers and takes orders is really bad. I placed the order and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there there was no order ever placed. The staff just giggled about and said I needed to place the order again. Defeats the the whole point of ordering ahead.

This has always been our absolute favorite location to go to because they always get our order right and have good service. Really disappointed that the automated robot phone system is being used now. I called to order snd the machine got the wrong flavors, so I corrected it and got a different machine voice which then repeated my order back correctly but once I got my order snd got home the flavors were wrong and I was missing a ranch. I’ve had this experience with every other location that uses the robot machine. This is the first time theyve ever gotten our order wrong.

Service was swift Taste was lip smacking Combo offers are hot Ambience is good.

Rude workers, there was a lot of hair and spit in my food but at least they gave me extra wings
