My son ordered 2 meals and still got packed all in one tray also no Ranch ohh but if ask for an extra side of ranch they want to charge you almost 2 dollars . So I’m wondering if I didn’t get my ranch how come I didn’t get it discounted

I placed this order online, I called to add a ranch, they would never tell me and there were 15 minutes left before closing. The customer service is terrible, They told me that they can't add more orders, meaning I already have the order, it's just an extra ranch, they really don't care about the customer at all.

Ordered Traditional Bone In Spicy Korean. Didn’t specify all flats, but damn I got nothing but drums. 🍗 Mac Donald’s Fries cause I don’t like WS fries.

El pollo estaba podrido como si hubiera estado fuera del refrigerador demasiado tiempo, era repugnante, mi esposo y yo nos intoxicamos después de esto, fue horrible, un servicio terrible, casi morimos por vómitos, hemos amado Winstop durante años, pero este lugar es horrible, tengan cuidado, su producto está enfermando a las personas.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The chicken was rotten like it had been out of the fridge too long, it was disgusting, my husband and I both got food poisoning after this, it was horrible, terrible service, we almost died from vomiting, we have loved Winstop for years but this location is horrible, please be aware, their product is making people sick.

El personal te ignora, no están bien preparados para atención al cliente. No regreso a ese lugar.
