I placed an order as I was driving from Lewisville to Garland the young lady that took my order quoted me 20 minutes as I get to the store it's been about 22 minutes I pay for my order and they tell me it will be ready in 15 minutes now I don't have 15 minutes I had to be at work in 5 minutes so I canceled the order and ask for my payment to be reimbursed they had to call someone from the back to do the transaction with an attitude he said we can put it back on your card but it will take 2 weeks by the time he finished I'm already late for work and then he stated he has to keep the receipt because he has to turn it in to corporate by this time it's like ok I have to go. Well it's been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my reimbursement I'm so disappointed because I been there so many times because it's so convenient I work 5 minutes away but I will not use this store ever again. This store has no ethical but its to expect all they have is kids working there and apparently with no morals. I will just sow my money to a multi million corporation but will never set foot there may my little less than $20 seed make you richer after all it's all about money never about the customer.

Love this Wingstop so much and I always enjoy their services. Their staff are very friendly and kind to customers. I love them all.

Let me just say, that this was a PLEASANT SURPRISE!!!! TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THE YOUNG LADY CLEANING THE DINING, WAS GOING STRAIGHT BEAST ON THAT FLOOR!!!! JOCELYN IS A HARD WORKER, RAISE NEEDED!!!! GISELLE IS THE FRIENDLIEST PERSON TO HAVE RUNNING THAT STORE!!!! I USE TO DOOR DASH AND SHE A L W A Y S IS VERY HELPFUL!!!! AGAIN, RAISE NEEDED!!!!!!

Everything was great, food was amazing. Customer service was awesome. Never had a doubt in what came out. Giselle at the cash register was awesome, repeated my order and made sure it was correct and fresh. Would come back again!
