They keep ruining our orders and they just don’t care. Service is so sloooooooow. Not gonna come back here anymore.
I ordered online through the Wingstop website and they partner with doordash, everything went smooth up until the actual delivery. I was given a notification that the food was delivered to the location and it was not so when I texted the link Carlos the dasher said he was in an accident he would not complete the delivery he notified doordash. After trying to call this location it went straight to voicemail so I went directly there to figure out what I can do for refund or if I can just get the order that was no delivered. The associates did not speak English and I was trying to be as patient and understanding as I could be but then she shoved a cellphone in my face to speak with someone who was translating for her and saying she was the Manager. When I told her the situation she said contact doordash they'll handle the refund I did that and they said go back to the restaurant they'll see it's been approved for refund, only to be told by the person on the phone "I'm not there today I will not process the refund until tomorrow," I said okay that's fine Can I just get the order I already paid for then instead it was $92 worth of food for a work event she also said no. So I'm not helped in ANYWAY and I basically paid for nothing literally.
I ordered a 75 piece combo got all the way home and was missing all our sides! Already mad I have to drive 12 minutes away to get what should've been there (while my food gets cold at home) I finally get there and they act like they definitely gave it. I had to FaceTime my wife and show we don't have any of our sides then they finally said ok wait we will make it for you. That kind of service deserves less than 1 star

I came in to order a drink and I asked for a water cup as well. The employee rang in the soda and asked if that was all. I asked for a water cup again. I paid and was given the soda cup. I asked for a water cup two more times before the employee walked away. I gave up and grabbed the cup myself.
I ordered with a drink. When I went to pick up my order I was told they are out. I ask the clerk if you can give me lemonade from your bottled lemonade in the cabinet. She said no and to just get another drink from the machine. The only available drink is water . I called the clerk and told her the machine is out of drinks. She said I DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH. I asked for a manager who was only available through mobile phone. She said she can’t help me. What kind of service are they running here? Very poor customer service. They should not hire people if they cannot speak English. I would not recommend this establishment on Farwell location. So furious!!!
I come here often and the customer service never fails! Especially Carol, she is super patient and kind.
My experience at Wingstop was disappointing. The wings were undercooked, and to make matters worse, we received the wrong order. We specifically asked for boneless wings, but were given bone-in wings instead. When we brought this to the staff's attention, the response was unhelpful, claiming we ordered the wrong type. The lack of accountability and the overall subpar food quality make it hard to recommend Wingstop based on my visit.
The food was very greasy no flavor I ordered the lemon pepper wings bone in and the Louisiana hot rub no flavor both of them french fries had none of the seasoning on and the food was so greasy once again couldn't eat it ate a couple just because I spent a $23 at this location
The blonde lady who works here talks nonstop to her coworkers while barely doing anything work wise. Spent over 30 minutes waiting for food because she wouldnt stop talking to her seemingly uninterested male coworker (who was the only one working). Maybe it is time to reevaluate employees, because the lady talked so much she really slowed the kitchen down.
Just look at the pictures lemon chicken and out if a $35 door dash feeI was refunded $6
Took almost an hour to receive the food we ordered. Food was just warm and the next day my wife and I had food poisoning.
