Placed an order on 3/24/24 at 7:30, I arrived at the store at 7:45 with the app showing the estimated complete time as 8pm. I went in and asked for my order they told me they were just waiting on classics and my order would be ready(that was at 7:50). At 8pm I asked about my order and they told me they were waiting on corn, I waited until it was 8:20 and then asked about my order again they told me they were still working on it, I didn’t get my order until 8:45. After getting my order I opened my bag, the wings and corn were all barely even warm like they just had the order sitting around the whole time. The Parmesan Corn barely even had Parmesan, the wings were lightly sauced on the top portion only, almost like they didn’t toss them at all. I’ve had better experiences other times so I believe it’s just the crew they had this Sunday. Parking: 5 regular parking spots and 1 handicap in front of Wingstop.
Takes forever even after ordering online, wings had literally no sauce on them, corn and fries were soggy after claiming that’s what was taking so long. 2nd time trying and was worse than the first. Will not return.
Came in at 11:30 to order food they wouldn’t serve us. They said they stop taking orders at 11:30. Because they would be able to cook food even though they said chicken tenders only took eight minutes to cook. Very disappointing it was our first time trying. Just got off work late. Was hoping to get some food.
25 minutes for TEN wings ? Sorry. No way.
Doesn't make since when you buy $47.00 30 count wings and have to place a separate order for one side of Ranch, are you kidding. Even smaller establishments can afford to give you free small containers of ranch. WingStop is a big establishment with around 2000 stores. Now if I would have bought a combo then I get one container. Not impressed what a joke.
