They are terrible about letting you know if the food is ready. I’ve had several instances where it’s ready and they don’t say anything unless you go up and ask. Last time I went my food was ready and up there and they said it wasn’t ready after waiting an hour after the estimated time I went back up they look and found the back that was still up there. When I refused the food and asked for a refund they said they can’t refund and would have to wait for the general manager tomorrow to do so. Asking me to come in tomorrow to see the general manager. I told them no and she wrote down my number saying they would call when they refunded it. Never got the call and had to dispute the charge. Also putting sugar on fries should be a crime.

Needed to adjust my order. Called for 11 minutes. Nobody would answer. Couldnt carryout my order so I went to cancel. Edit A Day Later: I called back to see if anybody would answer and they did. Cashier said to come in and show him the receipt and after I did he fixed another one for me. Didnt catch his name but he was professional and very quick to fix it. Averaging the Review to 3 stars. Not being able to contact somebody is still crazy.

They forgot my fries and ranch’s in my order. Paying for food that I’m not even getting. As well as the workers being on their phones and unwelcoming when I walked in.

First time here, stay away from location. Everyone’s order was incorrect or completely wrong. Service was slow and un attentive, please do yourself the favor and go to another location.

Check your orders because they don't pay attention to anything. Went in and gave my name and was told it wasn't ready yet. 30min later and was told the same thing. After 45min was told they didn't have my order!!! Didn't apologize for misleading or help in any way.

Please do not waste your time. It took about an hour to receive my food. We ordered online and received confirmation that our food would be done within 16-23 mins-when we arrived people had already been waiting for over 30 mins for meals that should’ve been done. There are several bags sitting on the rack and no one is calling names, greeting customers when they come in or anything. At one point they yelled that they were not taking any new orders because they were so backed up. It’s one thing to be backed up but don’t be backed up and rude. When asked to call names on the new bags they put up there the lady stated “I called names 5 minutes ago”. I asked for an update and was told my food would be coming up-why 10 mins later they call names for bags that have been sitting and my food was up there. Smh. The drink machine was broken, it was not clean, and we witnessed one of the cooks take a break for 30 mins, come back in and started working without washing his hands. Do NOT waste your time. The wings were okay and my fries were cold and tasted old with no fry seasoning. Close them down-the one in concord is no better.

The entire experience was terrible. The woman working the front counter was extremely rude, and deliberately put our order off to be made. We waited well over an hour and a half for our food, when people who came in much later got theirs before we did. She was extremely rude to one of our friends who simply asked if she had called our name and we just didn’t hear it, by telling her she just needs to go sit back down and wait. The restaurant was dirty, the staff didn’t wear gloves or anything. Overall extremely unsatisfying experience. I hope upper management does something about this.

Came in for a pickup order. Manager ignored me. Young lady at the counter let me know the fries were being prepared to complete the order. Watched the manager personally prepare 2 orders of fries and put them into a bag I thought was mine. Turns out, this was her own personal order she was preparing before leaving her shift. Waited another 7 mins for fries to be dropped as the fries for my order hadn’t even been started

This location is not great on the upkeep. It was dirty, the staff did not have a great attitude and this is how they sent my bun out. I smelled something burning, I didn’t think it was my food. Tried sending it back and they had an attitude about it, they didn’t even apologize about it. They knew they sent this out like this, it wasn’t even busy when we got there! The fries were super salty and tasted old. Then they said they called my order when they never did. If I could give no stars I would, waste of over $25.

5 stars before when I was still at UNCC but now… not so much, issa 1 Star or Zero Stars if I can go that low to rate this joint. And I’ve seen a video of a worker twerking butt naked with toilet paper still stuck on her on the clock. I truly hope this place gets shut down or something man cause what in the world?

Quality has fallen down over time. I used to come here often. They fell off. Wings have turned to wing dings that are overcooked and dry. It’s not the same as it once was. This is a sad day. 16 bucks. Yaw spazzin right now. Even the ranch dressing is watered down. Part of the reason it’s gotten bad is they have lost employees. Today is august 15th at 135pm and it’s only 2 employees here. Both females. They doing the best they can but they may get a rush in a minute now. Sad because they working hard and probably not getting paid enough for not jumping ship like other employees have. I felt like throwing on an apron to help. I been coming to this location for years. Many years. What is it going to take to get this situation fixed. Quality needs to be raised back to where it use to be. And now as a customer I can’t really complain because only 2 employees are here working the best they possibly can. And I’m tired of hard chicken.

This place is trash! Waited over 45 mins for my order only to find out that my ticket was lost. Management had the worst attitude ever. Never apologized or tried to get my order. Got an attitude when the cashier asked her to help find my order. Then had the audacity to make me wait for her to refund my money.
