Juan the person in charge very rude

Great service awesome food

First time I ordered boneless wings and I was very disappointed. The wings were super dry and were nothing but breading and not much chicken. I called and asked if I could take back the order, exchange them for bone-in, and pay the difference, but the manager by the name of Juan refused and only offered for me to place the order again and pay full price. He said that they will lose money if he replaced the order even though I pay the difference. I guess losing a repeating customer for a six dollar difference is an acceptable price. I work in customer service and I believe taking a loss one time is better than losing a repeating customer for life.

They don't have ice on the fountain drinks no cocacola or dr.peper soda Slow service They say 20 to 25 min to be ready the order i waited 55 min to my order

Super mal experiencia no tiene hielo las alitas súper frías todo está bien sucio los baños los cerraron una hora antes sin mencionar la cajera andaba en su avión como en otro mundo (es una que le falta un diente) le dijimos que las queríamos sin hueso y le valió las puso como ella quiso y justamente en ese momento alguien más se estaba quejando y pidiendo su dinero por qué también estaba insatisfecho con el servicio
