Horrible customer service , fix your attitudes

very rude. bad customer service took so long for only 6 wings

This place sucks. Find a better location. Every time I go there I’m always waiting FOREVER. Today I waited over an hour for fries. Kept checking for an update and they didn’t have one. Then the guy just made it. But I guarantee it’s not how I ordered it. I won’t ever go here again. Birdies is waaay better.

Rob should be fired he smokes weed on the job

This is the third time I ordered food there and some of the boneless chicken were uncooked. I tried and trier but never again

Steph needs to fire those staff most of them smoke weed and are slow

Had to write this as I was walking out , staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate I came in around 10:06 pm just to get asked did we place an order yet and once I said we haven’t ordered yet we was ignored the whole time and staffs was staring at me and my child but won’t even acknowledge one time to even tell us it’s online only. I’m hoping this reaches management so they can rectify the situation so this doesn’t happen again
