Lovely carvery, plenty of choice available. We where told our table number staff very friendly especially Irene was lovely lady.

Very nice food, nice atmosphere, very attentive staff Kid-friendliness: Lovely little play area to keep children occupied, although could use contactless payment options for kids rides etc

Food was nice, Irene mad ensure we were taken care of.

What a lovely relaxed lunch today with my family visiting from Scarborough. We were seated promptly. Checked on initially by floor staff then the Guest Host Irene who chatted and ensured our visit experience was complete. A rarity nowadays!!! The food on this occasion was not as lovely as usual for a Sunday lunch. I fetched my family for daughter’s birthday and the meat was disappointing and yorkshire not much variation for the veg although it was OK. Irene the guest host genuinely asked if all was OK not just the passing comment at the beginning were you feel obliged to say yes she cared what we though and ensured we were listened to. Thank you Irene for genuinely caring about your customers!!
