Update 2 years later: (It seems just last week, someone had the same experience as us … no customer service, 40+ min wait time, etc - see attached review) The wings here are still amazing (the best in my opinion) and they have different specials M-F. But, you may want to call in orders to avoid a 40 minute wait - and don’t expect much in terms of customer service. Unfortunately, in the last 2 years, customer service has gotten continuously sub par. The people at the counter more often than not seem to hate it there anytime I’ve gone in the last year. I was in here yesterday and the woman at the counter looked to be on her phone and did not greet us, and seemed so bored ( I get it, we were the only customers there and I’m sure it does get boring BUT when there are customers, customers shouldn’t feel secondhand boredom or awkwardness). To touch on being the only customers there, it took about 35-40 minutes to receive our food. Perhaps they were short staffed? I can’t remember if there has always only been one-sized cup to use at the drink fountain , but they’re pretty small (you get refills at least if you dine-in). Also, most of the drink options were out of order. I’ve met the owner before, he’s wonderful. I understand prices going up as well, and I think the wings are worth it… but for $40 (2 10 pc wing combos) , waiting 40 minutes and having lack of any positive customer service isn’t worth going too often. A “hello / welcome in” goes a long way, and acknowledgement of your customers. With that said - definitely give their wings a try! But maybe call in orders ahead of time. The 10 pc combo with fries and drink right now is about $15.25, and I think that’s still a reasonable price. :) Original: Wish I had photos of the food! Service: Everytime I come, the staff are friendly. I called in my order with Aaron who was very kind and polite over the phone. A lot of places seem so robotic or unhappy. The cashier, I unfortunately don't remember her name, was also kind. Whoever the girl was working the day shift on Valentine's, she's sweet! Food: The wings are always delicious and I love their wing combos (wings, fried, and a drink) are a good deal! Reasonably priced. I absolutely love the lemon pepper wings! Best wings that I've found in 2 years.

Pretty sure this place has no employees. I ordered my food online and was notified that it would be ready at 7:25. I came in at 7:30 and was told that it would be right out. 8 o’clock comes around the corner and all I’ve been told in those 30 mins was that they’re working on it. I sat in the restaurant and waited for a total of 45 min until my food came out. Staff is friendly but horrible business practice. Make sure you have some time to waste if you plan on coming here.

Don’t order the Texas Philly. They either over cooked the best and the bread or it was frozen and they just heated it up. Also the portion of meat to bread was terrible.

This was my first time going here and I most say it was absolutely amazing. The service and atmosphere was great. Price unbelievable great for all the food I ordered. In the pictures I ordered the Philly cheese steak combo it comes with wings fries and a drink. Then I ordered the cheeseburger combo with the wings fries and a drink. Both were $15.99 each and I ordered a drink from the bar strawberry Hennessy and tequila margarita swirl. I will be going back.

Can't believe how tiny the wings was they wasn't even a full chicken wing o ordered a6 piece, anda2 piece catfish I believe in doing businesswoman Y peoplebutthis needs improvement ,smelled like mold.im the place also

I went during the lunch hour with coworkers and there was no line and no one in the cafe. The cashier did not greet us, looked unsure about if she was supposed to work, and was apathetic about taking the order. We waited 45 minutes for two Philly Cheese Steaks and a few wings. The cook who may have been the owner was not apologetic AT ALL. He told me he had other orders ahead of ours, but there was NO ONE there when we arrived. The meat on my Philly was overcooked, burnt, there were little to no vegetables, and dry. Terrible. I'm mad that I wasted money and my entire lunch hour for an underwhelming experience that was more frustrating than filling.

Just got some lunch at this spot. I think the gentleman at the counter is a manager possibly, he was very professional and courteous which is fairly difficult to find these days. He got my food out to me asap. The food was delicious and oh boy are those hot lemon pepper wings fantastic! Thank you for the great lunch! I will definitely be back!

Staff was not friendly at allllll. When we walked in nobody helped us. Staff was sitting around the bar. When we finally recieved help multiple staff members had attitudes. 10 wings took OVER an hour. Restaurant also ran out of wings. And we’re giving out customers orders away.

The food was so good I ate it and forgot to take a picture 😁.

Great Service and atmosphere

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016 this wing spot was the only wings I could eat while I was pregnant! And now my entire family enjoys this place. The food, the people, the care, the love and creativity are some of the greatest gifts this establishment has to offer. Another great reason I love this place is that it’s cooked to order meaning your food is ALWAYS FRESH! They change the oil frequently to ensure guaranteed food quality at a very reasonable price. This restaurant has managed to keep their doors opened for many years and they’re vital to our community! They’re family so stop by meet some amazing family members and enjoy a great meal with them! You’ll love it! I pray that God continues to bless the people who run this business and keep them safe always🫶🫶🫶

I’ve been in the area for a while and I finally decided to try out their Texas Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. I most definitely will be going back because it was fresh and delicious.

Slow more than a turtle. The restaurant doesn't have a real chef or a professional staff. I order a food and wait for 60mins, they still not start cooking it while nobody in the restaurant at dinner time

I ordered online. Waited 40 minutes for my order: when I went to pick up in person they said they were out of the chicken I ordered. Very unprofessional. Won’t return.

Why u have to wait ok chicken hard to hard no taste fried no taste burger bread to wet on limpy side I won't my money back should went to Popeyes I don't understand the long wait and your food not piping hot i.dont like this place and the tea too freaking sweet screams diabetes!!

Food is delicious! I love the wings, but the service isn’t good and the food always takes longer than the time it says. I saw the cook sitting down watching tv instead of making my food.

I was not pleased yesterday when I got my order, by far the smallest wings I’ve ever had and over cooked, and for the price of $16 for 10 very small wings and fries with hardly any over cooked meat on them is a rip off, it’s like they have purposely picked a small wing vendor to purposely get over on people. I ate one of each flavor and decided to give it to a homeless person. I am very disappointed. I’d love a full refund, but I doubt that will happen. I used to come here years ago and it was so good, idk what happened

1. No AC and it's 90 degrees outside. 2. Came for happy hour but no bartender 3. Place is empty and there is only one customer before us 4. Placed order at 3:49pm 5. No food at 4:23pm 6. Request refund and left at 4:29pm Ri-dam-diculous...please do better!!!
