Brilliant great food great staff beautiful place to take family and friends

We came to this place wile in Stoke on Trent and we ordered nachos which were absolutely rock hard we sent them back and they came back again rock hard so they were left … my partner ordered the mixed grill and it was all cold also the steak was still bleeding even tho we asked for medium … I ordered the scampi and chips and the peas were like bullets and it was nothing to write home about .. over all very disappointing food … we could hear the chef complaining about how many ppl he had to cook for also throughout the day and he was realy quite rude !! We won’t be back… pub was grubby toilet seat was hanging off and was run down and picked in .

Staff were rude, spoke down on my friend and i and were just generally rude steer clear

Had to give all 5 stars food hot tasty , great choice and if your a lover of sticky toffee pudding you have got to try there’s …. I had the best one ever . Cosey , lovely ambiance . I Saved the best till last the staff …Darren the chef , Charlotte and Karen made our afternoon ,friendly and welcoming … will definitely recommend to friends and visit again ..
