Willows on elm

I specifically asked for the flowers to be delivered to the recipient but instead the driver left them outside in the cold at the house and as a result, the $80 floral arrangement was wilted and ruined. Unable to get in touch with anyone from the store because when you call it says vmail is full/not set up. I would never use this florist again.

Collette the owner of Willows Florist in Manchester NH is THE BEST !! Locally owned and operated by someone who REALLY Cares! Collette worked so hard on our daughter's wedding and it really showed! The bouquets, the lapel flowers, the center pieces, the table arrangements, and the backdrop they made, were simply beautiful. Collette took our daughters wishes and made them come alive! Made a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me on the spot, and I decided to try out the food while I was there. I had a delicious grilled hot dog on a toasted bun, with any topping I wanted and a DELICIOUS Pina Colada smoothie (which was only $3.50!!). Highly recommended shop!

The pizza is delicious and the store looked beautiful. They had some beautiful glass vases and cups as well as some amazing smelling soap bars. I will definitely be going back if I ever need flowers or even just some beautiful decorations and food.

If I could give more than five stars I would! Total gem! Family run, and the friendliest people! You can tell they love what they do here. Had the turkey club, iced tea, and donuts. All were amazing!! Prices are so reasonable. We will absolutely be coming back, we haven’t been impressed by a cafe like this in a long time. They totally knocked it out of the park! Love it!

My mom is in a nursing home. I had 2 items she needed and were going to not make it. So I searched on line for flowers. Today is Valentines Day.I’m in Texas she’s in N.H. My mothers favorite flower is red carnations. They made up a beautiful arrangement. The nurses helped mom face time me to show me. They even in all the craziness it got there early. All the on line sites said it would be delivered. Yet when you checked in it said the 16th and 17th. I always go local. My fault not starting there because I waited. Thank you so much! I appreciate it! Will definitely be purchasing again.
