Our waiter started off good but disappeared after ordering our food when we did get it we didn't have any plates or forks had to get another waiter to find ours

I wanted my family and I to have something different; a NEW Experience..... but everything was just ok! This was the 1st place I had been to where the sides weren't included W/ the meal In my opinion somewhere "we" had been to before would have been a MUCH BETTER CHOICE!!

Every thing about this place is great!

This used to be a great place to go on a Friday night with the family. I should have known there was an issue when we did not wait to be seated in a nearly empty section of the restaurant at 6:00 on a Friday night. Two and a half hours later, and having only ordered wings, fries, and chips we were finally paid and done. The service was slow, the attitudes meh, the cleanliness disgusting (feet stuck to floor and bathrooms atrocious) and the food was fast food quality. $90 bill for $25 wings, drinks, fries and chips... SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY!

One thing I can say do not go on the weekend especially if you are coming with a big party our service was horrible and our server was treated terribly by her manager when asked could she get some help to help serve us better she tried her best to make sure that we were good but that manager of hers Lindsey is very disrespectful I do not understand how she got that position she is very unprofessional and she even disrespected my family and friends but all I have to say is that I will not be returning but God bless the server that we had and I hope that our tips made her night cause she really did deserve it ….and yes I have worked at a wing spot before and I know how a restaurant like that suppose to be run so I need for Lindsey to get it together

I must say that although the wings took a little long to come out (30 minutes), they were absolutely delicious and worth the wait! The bartenders were very courteous while eating at the bar. On Tuesday when we are there, they were offering a special on x2 the amount of wings you'd normally receive for the same price. This is my new Tuesday night food run. Ordered online 3 hrs ahead and still had to wait 20 mins for my order to be ready. They did not include everything in my meal that I paid for but didn't realize it until I got home.
