Wild Flour Bread features brick oven baked sourdough breads, scones and coffee drinks. Working with a wood fired brick oven we produce beautiful hard crust breads that our customers come from miles around to taste. Founded in 1998, We are located in beautiful Freestone Valley in a village of just 26 houses. The view from the bakery looks out on to fields, barns and often a herd of cows. We are open on all holiday Mondays, including July 4th, Presidents Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day and MLK Day. The only holidays we are closed are Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We will close for our annual break starting Tuesday, Dec. 28th, 2021 and reopen on Friday, January 14, 2022.
