It is our mission to inspire people to think differently about what's possible, and embrace the feeling of wildness and joy that comes from creating unexpected things. Our first product is a crispy yet fluffy airy waffle that can dance with either sweet or savory flavors. All that air inside our waffles, as a result of the long fermentation using our wild yeast culture, is the perfect vessel for fillings like our original hazelnut chocolate spread.
